Responsible for all types of Loans work.

Job Responsibilities of Co - Ordinator Loans.

Ø Collects all documentation necessary for loan applications.

Ø Reviews loan applications for completeness and accuracy.

Ø Communicates with borrowers to ensure all necessary documentation is obtained.

Ø Works with loan officers to track loan progress and ensure timely processing.

Ø Prepares and submits loan packages to underwriting for approval.

Ø Acts as a liaison between loan officers, customers, and clients to resolve any issues that arise during the application process.

Ø Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the application process.

Ø Maintains accurate and complete records of loan documentation and processes.

IT Co - Ordinator

Job Title : IT Co - Ordinator. 

Department - Information Technology.   

Position Reporting to - IT Business Head / Managing Director / Partner. 

Education Qualification - Bachelor Degree / Post Graduation in Computer Engineering / Computer Application with basic programming / coding knowledge.

Experience - 1 to 2 years.

Ø  Installation and configuration: Install and configure software and hardware.

Ø  Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for the loan package.

Ø  Research applicant credit status and current financial position.

Ø  Prepare and maintain all paperwork for existing and new loans, including loan disclosures.

Ø  Create repayment plans.

Ø  Complete loan contracts and ensure clients are kept informed of the rules and requirements.

Ø  Work with clients to establish their needs and recommend suitable types of loans.
